“I’m not sure if you need customer recommendations, but I thought I would send this e-mail anyway. Your product is amazing, and in my case it is a genuine life saver. At age 20 I was diagnosed with early-onset rheumatoid arthritis. Luckily I have great medication which allows me to be mobile and live a normal life. The difficulty is is that my medications needs to be kept cold at all times. As a 20 year old I harbored ambitions to travel the world, but I thought that with my medication it would be impossible. I had searched the internet for a compact cool bag, but I couldn’t find anything small enough that could keep things cold for any longer than a couple of hours. Luckily I stumbled on to your website (I live in the UK), and thanks to your product I can last 24 hours between fridges or ice. This has allowed me to fulfill my ambition of traveling. So far (by age 23) I have taken the Polar Bear Ice-N-Go Medical Cooler on the back of trucks in Cuba, driving in beat up rental cars through Mexico, skiing in Montana, boat rides in the highlands of Guatemala, cycling through the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy. My Polar Bear has traveled to Inca ruins in Peru, to jungles in Columbia, up the tallest active volcano in the world (Ecuador), across Bolivian salt flats, hiking in Patagonia and even in to the Atacama desert (one of the hottest and driest places on earth). Thanks!”
